By accessing or using this website or engaging Orakul Safety’s services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About Orakul Safety
Orakul Safety provides health & safety consultancy, risk assessments, inspections, training, documentation support and related professional services to businesses across the United Kingdom. We operate independently and offer both on-site and remote services.
2. Use of This Website
By using this website, you agree to:
• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• Not attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality
All content, imagery, branding and text on this website are the intellectual property of Orakul Safety unless stated otherwise.
3. Consultancy Services
Orakul Safety provides consultancy services including:
• Competent Person support
• Risk assessments and safety documentation
• On-site inspections and audits
• Fire safety management
• Asbestos management support
• Temporary works and construction compliance
• First aid needs assessments
• Emergency planning
• Workplace safety training
All services are delivered based on the scope agreed with the client prior to commencement.
4. Quotes, Fees & Payment
• Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur fees in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• Travel expenses may apply for on-site visits and will be confirmed before booking.
• Work will not begin until written acceptance of the service agreement or quotation is provided.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For on-site visits, inspections, and training:
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Rescheduling is permitted without charge with more than 48 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments or no-access visits may incur the full fee.
Training bookings may also be subject to venue or provider cancellation costs where applicable.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information required for our services
• Ensure safe site access for our consultants
• Ensure staff cooperation during inspections or training
• Inform us of any site-specific hazards in advance
Orakul Safety cannot be held responsible for delays or limitations caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Limitations of Advice
All guidance, documents and recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time.
Orakul Safety:
• Is not responsible for a client’s failure to implement recommendations
• Does not guarantee immunity from legal enforcement or prosecution
• Cannot be held liable for incidents occurring after advice has been provided if recommendations were not followed
Clients remain legally responsible for ensuring workplace compliance under UK health & safety law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Orakul Safety is not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from the use of our services or website
• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid for the service in question
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Training Services (On-Site & LMS)
Orakul Safety provides both:
• On-site, in-person training
• Access to an online LMS platform for self-paced training
Training content is accurate at the time of delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring staff complete any required refresher training in line with legal or industry requirements.
Digital training accounts must not be shared between users.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private unless:
• Required by law
• Required for legitimate service delivery
• Agreed in writing
Client information is stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Intellectual Property
All documents created by Orakul Safety (including risk assessments, RAMS, policies, checklists and training materials) remain the intellectual property of Orakul Safety until invoices are paid in full.
Documents may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without written approval.
13. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites.
Orakul Safety is not responsible for:
• External content
• Accuracy of third-party information
• Any damage or loss arising from their use
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate services if:
• There is a breach of these Terms
• Unsafe conditions prevent delivery
• Information provided is false or misleading
• Payment terms are not met
Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
